Metro is the main bus service for all of Belfast. The Metro Network has 12 high-frequency corridors along the main arterial roads into the City Centre and additional services operating throughout the Greater Belfast area.

Travel by Train
NI Railways is the main train service in Northern Ireland. With 17 staffed stations and 5 staffed halts throughout the network, all lines offers a combination of express services and trains that stop at fully accessible halts and stations.

Enterprise is the flagship train service that links Belfast and Dublin. Jointly operated by NI Railways and Iarnród Éireann. The service provides 8 journeys in each direction, Monday to Saturday, and 5 journeys in each direction on Sundays.

£2 Day Return Ticket on Ulsterbus Town & City services.
Travel after 9.30am, any day of the week on any Ulsterbus Town & City service for less, available from 1 December 2015 – 31 March 2016.
This ticket will be available on board after 9.30 a.m., so all that’s left for you to do is decide on your destination!
Terms and Conditions
- Ulsterbus £2 Day Return tickets are available from the driver after 9.30a.m. from 1 December 2015 – 31 March 2016 on all Ulsterbus Town & City services. The promotional fare is £2 for a cash adult day return ticket. Child tickets are half price.
- Only available on Town & City service journeys with an equivalent single fare of £1.60.
- The return journey can be made at any time of day on the date of ticket issue. Once a ticket has been used for the return journey it will be cancelled by the bus driver and will no longer be valid for travel on that day.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or ticket type.
Travel between any two NI Railways stations after 9.30am and get 1/3 off the price of a standard day return ticket!
Terms and Conditions
A 33% reduction is available on all standard NI Railways Day Return tickets (adult or child). Rounding of fares will apply. Available on all NI Railways services within Northern Ireland only. Promotional single fare not available. Tickets must be purchased for travel after 9.30am. Return travel is permitted at any time during the day of ticket issue. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. This is a promotional fare and may be withdrawn at any time.
